Where is a dead cat in Hong Kong? I can't recall one, and that means that I have missed some area. I recall angry kitty in Maggie's flat; I recall poor kitty in market stand together with dog; I recall silly kitty on the roof of that archway in Tonnichi Road... but I can't recall any other kittens in HK.
Maybe the evil VLers have killed one and fed it to the greasels?!
There are lots of mistreated birds around there, though.

Actually I heard it tastes like rabbit. You can tell the difference from the ribs. Cats have "flat" ribs whereas rabbit have "round" ones. Or conversely.
There's a "feline test" at DX-Machina, listing all the cats (dead or alive) you can find in the game. I don't remember the link, though...
And as a sidenote, we'll only complain here about the virtual cats being virtually killed by virtual NPC's. Don't worry, Child of Karras. =)

I feel blind or stupid, or so... which restaurant in Hong Kong were you talking about? The old china hand has 2 pidgeons, 1 chicken, 1 pig (and several more carcasses in the ice chamber, but no cats); the tea house had 5 rats (hrm)... the lucky money does not really have a kitchen, or I totally missed it.
I can't find that poor dead kitty.

I'm a little concerned about the health of those cats in DX that are still alive... have you ever noticed how quickly and shallowly they seem to breathe? Perhaps it's the polluted air that's giving them a hard time?

Love those names :D Angry kitty got me scared the first time because I accidentally stepped on it in the darkness of Maggie's bedroom.

I found the last dead kitty, but it was not in a restaurant in Hongkong.
Recall the well in the Parisian Cathedral map? Jump in for a dive, turn on your light, and search around a bit on the ground.
