Btw this is in Hell's Kitchen, right after finishing the hostage situation in the Battery Park subway. It's kind of hard to tell but basically there's a narrow alley and this guy has wedged himself in a position where I can't get out of the basketball court. I hit both the guys harassing the kid with the electric prod and this guy backed away, consequently blocking me. I've tried pushing him, jumping and squirming, even throwing trashcans and basketballs at him. Short of knocking him out is there ANYTHING I can do to get this guy out of my way?

Why rule out knocking him out? It's been years since I played but I don't think here would be any negative consequences.

I'd just prefer not to. It sounds stupid, but would you seriously pump a tranq into someone who didn't get out of your way?

Okay well I don't know the exact situation because that's the most unhelpful screenshot ever posted, but maybe it's possible to LAM climb to some location above the guy and bypass him?
(and hope he doesn't wonder into their trigger range).
(honestly even though I too avoid hurting noncombatants in games like this, in this case I'd just prod the guy and be done with it).
