Thats interesting because I hadnt heard about this until earlier this week you describe the articles info exactly ;) I dont think my situation is nearly so bad, I eat healthy already and take a uber-multi vitamin. It would suck severly to have a bad case of this, as is its just annoying for me that it doesnt seem to go away (assuming that this is what it is, which I dont). Good to know though, I shant be taking anti-depressants though.

Unless you are actually depressed, I wouldn't recommend them.

About 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with CFS. I was having many of the same symptoms others were having; extreme fatigue, lack of concentration, muscle pain and sensitivity, etc. I also tested positive for the virus that cases glandular fever/mono although I have never had it. My doctor told me to take a multivitamin and sent me on my way. By this time I had already been taking all those high-priced fancy dietary supplements and a multi for the 2 years prior when the symptoms started. So I was pretty certain that wasn’t going to help. Needless to say I was pissed and extremely disappointed in my doctor. Within a year of the diagnoses my symptoms were progressing and I was having heart palpitations and angina daily. I was scared so I found a new doctor and ran the gamut of tests. So we took care of the heart issue but all my other symptoms remain. My doctor decided to put me on a very low dose of a synthetic thyroid med. Within 2 weeks, I felt a noticeable difference, in 6 weeks I felt better than I had in 4 years. I have been on the meds for over 7 months now and I am feeling really good. I still have some of the symptoms but they are greatly reduced from what they were. I am able to have a life again. I can’t say that this is the solution to the problem but it is a treatment that worked form me.
