Anyhoo - I'm not liking Chrome anymore and was wondering what the opinion was now it's a bit more, er, bedded in. I think I'm going back to FF and I'll just keep Chrome as a curiosity/to test pages on (like Opera and IE).
It just seems unreliable to me. It flakes out occasionally and sometimes won't connect, even to gmail, when FF will.
So... opinions?
Breaks one forum for me, and that's about it.
Other than that, I like it. Noticeably faster than IE or Firefox on my PC, the process-per-tab thing works well, I like being able to type the names of my bookmarks in the address bar rather than having to bugger around with any menus.
The main cons for me are that there's no FF style extensions and you can't open files without saving them first. Ultimately, I'm stuck with Firefox because Scrapbook and a few other extensions are literally indispensable to me.

I hate it. I spent a month w/it, and I actually prefer IE 8 to Chrome.

It worked fine for me. I watched a bunch of stuff on Hulu with it, did a bunch of this that and the other, and it worked without even a hiccup. Despite all that good stuff, I can't get past the whole minimalness of it all. half the time I don't even know if I'm downloading something or not.
Gotta give Google points for trying, but I'm sticking with Firefox.
