Google Megacorp inc. apparently is poised to release a shiny new bit of bribefreeware called a googlebrowser or something so googlesapiens everywhere can google the googleweb for free and, and this is just a rumor, so Google Megacorp inc. can challenge the dominance of Opera and Mozilla. I am such a cynic. I checked and it's not April.

It could be good though...

I'm using this now and reeeaaallly liking what I see. Having all the stuff in different processes (aka one thing wont take the whole browser down) is really nice, resizable edit boxes are nice, chrome importing all my firefox settings, bookmarks and passwords is also nice.

I'm really digging this!

EDIT: Hmm, I am seeing "Thread Tools" and "Search This Thread" section right below the "Previous/Next thread" links in chrome, which don't appear on firefox. Weird o.0 ?

Ive been playing around with it 10 min or so tonight and i like what it does sofar. Sure its only pre-beta; but it does what it says on the tin and I think the speed factor will be a big plus to people.

Give it time, especially being open source- the other browsers i use being firefox and kmelion now and again- i might grow to love google.

but not too much ;)
