.......for me anyways. I just got a good condition, original boxed copy of System Shock off the local trading site. That in itself was cause for celebration since it now gives me 3 complete sets of the System Shock series.
What made it so special and bought tears of joy to my eyes was that it came with a copy of I.C.E Breaker with the map foldout.
Well Halleluyah brothers and sisters, I've wanted one of these for so long but when they show on ebay there're so damn expensive.
Christmas has definately come early this year.:D

Stop hogging all the copies of the original System Shock, some of us still don't have one yet.

I happen to have four copies myself. When a couple of my friends weren't interested in theirs, I bought them before they'd eventually get lost or thrown away.

I like to hear that. It's good for you obviously but when the earth is eventually depleted of all vintage ss materials, I'll be content knowing that you're taking care of at least 4 of them. Maybe one day I can convince you to part with 1 of them.

It's nice to see someone else who has more than 1 copy of a game.
They are getting harder and harder to find though, which is why it feels so good when you find a copy.
Even the budget versions of SS2 are few and far between these days.
Soon as 1 appears on the local trading site people are all over it (not that I'd ever buy a budget version).

I have 2 copies of SS2.. One with a cd only, and another one in box with manual and all that.. The CD has not even been used.. :)
And congratz with your new copy.. I do not now what ICE Breaker is, but i for shure now its very rare to find from what the guys in here tell ..

ICE Breaker was the official Origin clue-book for System Shock, complete with a few extra bits of fluff (such as a technical analysis of how SHODAN's ethical restraints were removed).
