when you kill the first goblin,breakout of thecell,you can find two bones.use the bone with 2 durability 10 times on chair.you will get a lot of stuff.use the paper with a strange look and you will get points.

LOL! Try going to rpg.com and there is a walkthru that will give you alot of secrets and cheats and stuff to try.
