Hi.
Where are the "EL-CHEAPO" psi hypos being sold in SS2 universe?
So far the lowest price I have seen is 80 nanites, I am entering Rickenbacker atm.

On Normal in an unmodded game, the cheapest and closest to you are on Ops, Sector D, near the QBRM and the armory. Hacked, the price is 40 per.
But again, that's on Normal and unmodded. I don't know if ADaoB changed any of the prices, and they'll definitely be more expensive on Impossible. Nevertheless, I'd start there.
If you're not hacking, then the prices are the same everywhere (on Normal, anyway), and the closest is Sector B in Command, above the Officer's Quarters.

And replicator costs are doubled at Impossible.
There are three replicators with psi hypos for 40 (80) when hacked - one on Ops and two on Engineering.
