Ok I have a question. Is the chav violence thing really as bad as it seems, or is it way overplayed? Cause every time I hear about them it's all about them assaulting random passersby and oh the violence is growing every day, and if it's as bad as it seems, you guys really need to get your law enforcement together.

Actually knowing how to fight doesn't make it worse. I'm not talking about "hey, lets go punch and kick someone a bunch of times" style of fighting, that's just ignorant "I'm tuff as fuk" bullcrap. I'm talking about knowing how to bring someone down as quickly as possible in order to defend yourself.
It's really all about knowing which battles to fight and which to run away from. The only time you ever want to start fighting is if you don't have any other choice. Otherwise thinking that you can and jumping some guy the first chance you get will probably end up getting you killed.

We used to have a good laugh at them. Then it went from humorously ironic to the way things were. I disliked the youth culture before, but now I despise it.

Chav threads are kinda funny because some Brit complains about chavs, a bunch of other Brits come out with stories about being beaten, slapped, or otherwise harassed by chavs, non-Brits say "Oh my, you guys have quite the crime problem" and then all the Brits fall over each other saying it's not as bad as all that.
All I know is every chav thread has an awful lot of personal anecdotes for not being a big problem.
As near as I understand it chavs are like wiggers only insomuch as their style of dress and general cultural identity. I don't know where you guys hail from but I've never seen wiggers as a group participate in much deliquency. Especially not the kind of widespread organized delinquency that chavs seem to be getting so good at.
