I am playing the game for the second time, and I cannot find the Dunmer woman in the sewers of the Foreign Quarters in Vivec. I'm supposed to find her for the Ministry of Justice and take her out as a quest. I can't add her into the game because I don't know what she is called in the Construction Set. I looked over all the characters, and couldn't find one that seems to fit her description. Can someone please tell me what to type into t e console to make her appear so I can cross this quest off my list? Thanks a lot! :thumb:

Did you initiate the quest by speaking with Elam Andas at the Order of the Watch? I ask because it is your second time through and you may be acting on the rumors, but unless you have spoken with Elam Andas, the murderer will not be activated (she is disabled at the beginning). If you haven’t, do so. The dialog will enable the woman. If you have done all that, then perhaps she slipped into the void, “Reset Actor” could save you there. It is possible that the enable command didn’t “take”, so you type at the console: “Dreamer Prophet” Enable (include quotes). If all else fails, type PlaceAtPC, “Dreamer Prophet”, 0, 200, 1, and ready your weapon.

Yes, I did actually have the quest in my book....funny, but I have to wonder if there are still some random bugs in this game. In my first game, the Orcish mage was missing from the Guild in Balmora and I had to put her in there too. I know I didn't kill these people.... my characters have been either too upstanding or too sneaky for that!
Thanks for the tip!

I don't know if you've got this solved yet, but I believe she doesn't actually spawn untill you talk to someone who mentions seeing her in the sewers or something.... it's been a while, so I'm not 100% sure about this, but it seems that I've been in the same position before, I had gotten the quest, but she still wasn't there.

Actually, I've also seen some characters vanish into thin air. The most annoying one would have been the guild guide at Ald'ruhn's mages' guild, but fortunately I had a save from a few minutes before that and after loading she was back in her place...
(I suspect they fall through the floor.)
