Alright heres my Bretons layout:
Race: Breton
Class: Arcane Nemesis (User Defined)
Specialization: Magic
Favourite Attributes: Strength, Intelligence
Major Skills: Light Armor, Long Blade, Destruction, Conjuration, Alteration.
Minor Skills: Illusion, Restoration, Acrobatics, Athletics, Mysticism.
Sign: The Atronoach
How does this layout look? Do you think it will succeed in the long run? Btw, would it be wise to change Light armor to heavy armor and long blade to short blade? Any other suggestions on how to change this layout are appreciate.

That looks fine. As your char stands I owuld have put the stats as Intelligence and willpower. But strength will work as well.
Also I would have used the sign of the mage.
Light armour and long blade are fine skill for a mage char. Especially as you have added the Strength Stat. That should enable you to carry the swords you need.
Heavy armour would be too heavy. You will get very few strength upgrades with you skill choice so you won't be able to carry much armour. And medium armour sucks, so stick with the light.
