I gave ChaCha a real try yesterday. I wanted a certain product from a shop in this city so I asked them to find it for me. The first one tried and came up with 3 irrelevant hits. She then passed me on to another searcher. He came up with no hits and then said he would pass me on again but it said something about noone else available and terminated my helped search. I found 2 possible shops by myself in the online yellow pages and called one of them who said they had the product and I went and bought it.
