No no no. . . Marie Delacroix would definitely have to be played by Sophie Marceau.
Hm, Sophie Marceau huh? I guess she could pass for Delacroix:

Delacroix is supposed to be a nobel laureate, a hugely famous scientist who pushed past Einstein. S. Marceau is lovely, but too much so. You'd constantly expect her to fall for the male lead instead of coming up with a scientific theory.
I can imagine the scene already where Delacroix and Goggles kiss each other while you can see through a shuttle bullseye the VB going up in a huge climaxing explosion.

*I know SS2, but still, SS1 would be cool too
It would be preferable if a SS1 movie was made first so the character of Shodan would be known to the audience when the big reveal happens in SS2. It was one hell of a twist for me when I played it due be quite acquainted with Shodan from playing SS1 many times beforehand. Ofcourse the chances of getting one SS movie is ridiculously small let alone 2 of them

Well, I don't know. I see what you're saying, but it's not as if Delacroix is the ugliest chick in the world, at least from what I can tell from the teeny-tiny little pic of her in game :p :

So smart women can't look good?
Kolya on 10/10/2007 at 18:19
Um no, saying how it is in American cinema doesn't make a misogynist. Apart from that, smart women can look great, but nobel laureates don't look like Sophie Marceau. I guess it's the life style, too much reading and writing late at night, and not enough lazing on the Côte d'Azur.
