I think it gives you the Fortify Attribute spell... or it might be Fortify Skill. One of those two.
"Jack of Trades" is a Fortify Attribute (Fortify Luck) spell. It is not a Fortify Skill spell.

ok...thanks... i just wondered if i can increase it naturally... i have some items that fortify enchantment skill...one CE (one of those sanguine items) and some cast when useds... but they are not enough to enchant an item...
anyway... i have nearly 2 million golds and i don't have to enchant items myself...
and here is something completely different:
Nevana Ules (a Hlaalu councelor at Ules Manor in Suran) told that she would reward me with something much better than just a daedric weapon if i have talked to her about that ebony mine (near Balmora) instead of talking to Dram Bero... do u have any ideas about that reward? if it's something really good(i can't imagine), i ll kill myself:grr:
