In 2012 there was a clean-up of dormant accounts. They weren't deleted but were instead moved to a restricted group. Your account was one of those. It's now been restored and you should be able to view your account details now.

Mine is the same way over here. It let me in to update my password and to delete old pms then it locked me. I used to be on here back in 2004-2006? maybe 2008? Could I get an unlock as well?

Don't know if its an issue with my account or not but,
I was trying to search back to see when I was last around and I keep getting this message
