Hello!
When I try to start one of the tutorial maps, I get this log message:
Localisation: No localisation: T3.General.Start (int)
Log: True Map Name:
Warning: Failed to load 'Level None.MyLevel': Failed to find
Log: Viewport WindowsViewport__0: WM_DisplayChange
>
I've done every thing I found in this forum concerning the T3 Editor.
Any help?
Thanks
Ed

I'm really going to savor this moment. The one time in the history of Thief FM creation that I'm on equal ground with the guy who did Ominous Bequest.

:laff:
Oh well, at least we can navigate the maps through the editor window. Having the flesh renderer turned off looks rather scary with all those faces plastered to walls.

Do you guys actually make it to the loading screen? I get this same log message myself but I get as far as the cityscape loading screen which then crashes out due to a runtime error.

That's how far we all get. We're in it together brother! except those lucky b**tards who can get it working

Hey, are you getting the same error as me? "abnormal program termination" for T3Main.exe? I thought I was the only one =P
EDIT: I'm silly. I just noticed the mention of the log files in the doc and about where they are. I have been getting the same message.

Now it's working with me! :)
This is how I've done it (for the fourth time  ):
I deinstalled TDS
Cleaned up the registry
Deleted everything obsolete and unneeded of TDS, also the folder I made for TDS-Editor
Made a brand new install of TDS; called it 'T3Game'
Made a copy of this install folder and renamed it 'T3Edit'
Within this, I deleted the 'maps" and 'Video Textures' in '\CONTENT\T3'
Unzipped the Editorfiles into 'T3Edit'
Deleted 'T3Main.exe'
Renamed 'T3MainOptVersion.exe' to 'T3Main.exe'
In 'user.ini': set a semi colon in front of 'LoadFromResourceBlockFiles=True'
Appended 'SchemaChangesAllowed=True' to this file.
I use (
http://www.dracsoft.com/zips/thief3launcher.zip) T3launcher for switching
All goes fine
