Hey all. I'm a new user here. I consider myself one of the new generation of gamers - the casual mass-appeal teenager that most devs are trying to reach out to with their vilified dumbed-down games. But there's a catch: my favourite genre isn't multiplayer FPS - it's stealth games. Dishonored and Arkham Asylum introduced me to this sneaky little beauty of a genre.
But I digress. A few days ago I registered at the Eidos Forums hoping to join the community to discus Thief Gold, a game I got a while back. Strangely, I got only an email saying that I successfully registered - no activation email of any sort. I did a little research and sent a couple of mails to the Eidos community email I found, but I still can't use my account for anything. All I can do is login - no posting, no PMing, nothing. Can someone please help me?

I was kind of wondering why gkkiller thought someone here, at the TTLG forums, could help him with problems over there, at the Eidos forums, considering there's absolutely no connection between the two.
But then someone did...so never mind... :o

I did my research, turned out someone posted here a few years ago with the same problem. They got help, so I thought, "why not?".

I'm seeing your user name and IP in the system, but not in the public user list.
Just a quick question to cover the obvious. You say you didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, but did you check your junk folder? Go ahead and check that for me. If it's not there, I'll contact the admin to see what can be done.
