Help me please on 9/5/2003 at 03:48
Okay, so I got this version with a video card, thus there is no manuel. I've been playing along and having a good time whewn all fo the sudden I can't mve anymore. Something about my burden I'm carrying. The problem is that at one point I could carry 400+ pounds, then it was 350, now it says "0".
What's up with this? How can I fix it?

Take a look at your strength. You may have been cursed or caught a disease that drains your strength. If you are diseased, find a temple for a potion or spell to cure yourself. If you are cursed, then you'll need a restore attribute potion or you can go to an imperial shrine. If it isn't a curse or disease, then I don't know. Except that there are a few cursed weapons which drain attributes - the longsword Fury comes to mind - but I'm not sure if it drains strength.
Anyways, I hope you get it sorted out - can't play if you can't move!:p

Maybe you've been playing with a greater bonewalker? They have an annoying habit of sapping all your strength. :grr:

Ah, yes. I remembered that it drained armor skills. I just wasn't sure if it had any other effects.
