Help me! I try to install Thief 2 in everyway possible. I've done the D:\setup.exe -lgntforce thing, run it as an administrator, and set compatability mode to Windows 98 all simultaneously, but it still starts up, gets to 100% at the initial loading screen, then nothing. It just disappears. I've read through the FAQ multiple times, and I can't find anything else!

I had to install this on my xp machine a while back. I know I used the commands you did and I left the room after it disappeared. In the faq it says that you may need to wait up to like 90 minutes for it to work. I think I came back in 30 and it was up and working. :idea: How long did you wait?
If thats not it, hopefully someone else can help! :)
