can't install on Windows 7 Professional x64

Hello,
I can't install SS2 on Win 7 x64. The installer says "This Program cannot be installed on Windows NT due to a Microsoft Direct X 6.1(tm) limitation". I already searched the web and the forum with no result. I hope SS2 runs on this OS.

Run:

K:\Setup.exe -lgntforce

where K: is the drive letter of your DVD drive.

I'll be getting 7 Ultimate 64 so I'd be interested in any experiment with that OS.

I tried running Dark Engine games on the Win7 RC and they all worked for me.
