I have shuttle bay access key from officers quarters in security station but door on second tram stop will not open.I'm stuck or did I miss something? Have put a lot of hours to grt this far don't want to
go back to my last save when I got to deck 5 I never finished this game way back when I played it the first time. thanks ving12

It's not the door to the Shuttle Bay.

That door will unlock later- you'll know when. The shuttle bays are back at the start of the tram, where you first entered the level IIRC.
