I have followed (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67482) fitzgerald_ed's post and numerous suggestions to get this game working again under XP and am having little luck. The game starts up just fine, and runs through the opening animation sequence (with sound) and then just drops back into windows. No errors or anything.
The strange thing is, the first couple of times I ran the game I got to the menu, but all the colors we weirded out. Now it will not even make it that far.
I have also tried a number of the different command line options to no avail.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
System: P4 2.8C
Video: Geforce FX5600 w 128MB RAM with Dual Monitors Connected

Yes, I had that problem too. I recommend using DOSBox 0.61 instead, which now lets me run the game fully (though I'm having screen size / duplication problems). There are a few links to DOSBox in other threads.
