Ok, I've searched the forums and I seem to be the only one with this problem. The manual tells you once you select an item in the inventory screen (either by pressing the left mouse button or pressing Enter) you can then drop selected item by pressing Tab. I have tried this, but it does not work. Nothing Ever leaves my inventory. It's killing me to have to Not take a sniper rifle because I can't unload some stupid soy packs and I don't have any room to pick up anything else. I looked at changing the key for this in the Controls menu, but the only option given the Tab key there is for toggling between weapons.
I'm running the 1.2 patch and have only just succeeded in getting the game to run at all. Help! What obvious solution have I overlooked? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

In the inventory screen (press 'V'), there's a 'drop' button in the lower left-hand corner. I didn't find it for a while either. :)

Thank you, Thirith!!! On my screen the button doesn't seem to say anything, so I never even tried it. I'm off to start sniping. Thanks again!:D
