Reinstalling the game is probably still your best bet. There has to be something causing it...
You could also try the 'release' version of T3Main.exe (from the editor pack) if you haven't already. (And of course remember multicore fixing T3.exe and T3Main.exe if necessary.)

I was at Docks, in the Pagan-occupied building where the Sapling can be planted, and I was wall-hugging, with low faction alliance status, so I got a good close look at the pagan male walking around on the ground level when he bumped me and went on alert but couldn't see me. Well, I noticed he had no eyeballs. Wondering if it was another glitch, I loaded up docks2 in T3Ed and found he not only has no eyeballs, but his beard is invisible. I didn't know the bearded model still has a beard even if you never see it. :p
