It should be up-to-date. There may be one or two textures missing, but I usually try to update it whenever I add a new texture to the pack.

The first version, that was alluded to earlier, had those bits as simple diamond insets. However, since making that one I've gotten a lot of experience with ornate windows with all sorts of funky ironwork on 'em, and the parts in question on the original don't really look like transparent glass to me, even with fugly dithering taken into account.
That said I guess I can always make an alternate version too.

Make it on your calendar, I agree with ZB. I don't think the stained glass roundels (or whatever they are) are appropriate. A diamond glass insert would match the OM better.

Duplicate textures I found:
Green is done, red is missing
core\crag = dungeon\crag
sewer\grate4 = dungeon\floor1
catacomb\xlrg = catacomb\xsml
Rescore\wgrain01 and rescore\wgrain02 should be the same texture but wgrain01 has different color scheme. Wgrain02 has correct colors.
