or you could actually look at the readme first, and get the (
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109) original install package directly from microsoft, avoiding a shady dll download site altogether.
god knows what else that "dll fixer" program installs.

Really glad you got it working. I removed the link because using apps like that could cause problems for others with different Windows configurations. If a DirectX 9 DLL is missing as it looks like you had it's best to install the correct DirectX 9 version. These days with side by side DLL installations it's best not to deal with individual DLLs if there's an alternative.
Edit: sniped :) - go with the link voodoo posted.

I tried using that! It simply did not work for me!
Sorry, but it just didn't.
That is why I used that installer.
People can say it is shady to them, but I did not experience ANY malware on my machine or I would not have posted it. So I think they are dead wrong about the program being shady...I used it and it worked..they did not!

I assume you are aware that you actually have to auto extract the ms package and run dxsetup.exe, right?
but whatever works for you/makes you happy, I guess (and one more pc joins the botnets, I imagine).

All I had to do was paste the dll into my T2 directory, it was fine after that.

Yes, but dxsetup.exe didn't work for me either - each time it went all the way through and then came up with a 'failed to properly install' or some such message. So I did what Azaran posted pages ago - so thanks Azaran.
