Hi,
I'm at the point where you're supposed to go back to Engineering deck to input the code into the reactor core. However, when I get down to Engineering, it's like it has been reset (radioactive leaks etc). I can get to the core by using the Fluidics computer again and then inputting the code into the reactor, but when I try to get back to the Command deck again, I get "Shaft inaccessible" when using the elevator. I can only go up to the Hydrophonics deck.
Based on the walkthrough, this sounds like a glitch. What are my options? I tried going back as far as I had saved, but it didn't work. Is there maybe a cheat I can use to warp back to the Command deck?

Have you installed one of these mods while playing?
ADaoB, Unified & Revamped, Zygoptera 'Ultimate' Spawn Mod, TF SecMod101 Complete beta, (others? which?)
If so, you should go back to a save game before you installed the mod, uninstall it and continue from there. These mods all change the levels and need a new gamestart.

Nope, I only have the texture pack mod installed (SHTUP beta 6). And I installed it before I started playing. I have also applied the latest patches and whatnot (before playing).

SHTUP is fine...but there is only one official patch. Could you specify what exactly you used?
Usually the levels you visited get saved to your save game folder in the state you left them. It seems something went wrong with that.
If you can, reapply the Toxin A canisters in Hydro. Otherwise I have no idea but to restart the game.
To be sure the MIS files in the SS2 folder are okay I would compare their Byte sizes with the ones from the CD before you start a new game.

Running the patch again says version 2.3 and I've applied some patches using the System Shock 2 tool too (cpu affinity and some other patches, including no-CD version (I use two batteries for my laptop usually)). It's probably a glitch, however it's kind of strange that no one has stumbled upon this one yet. I'll try to binary compare the map versions though.
Is there a cheat command to warp levels? Or could I use ShockEd? I'd rather not spend another 20 hours doing the same thing... (also, based on this forum, people actually play the game on Impossible or whatever level... I'm playing Normal and still having a hard time)

Also, I tried the cheat command to summon Toxin A canisters ("summon_obj anti-annelid toxin") and tried re-applying them but the environmental things won't accept them.
