Can you remove quests from your journal? (i.e. the list in Tribunal)
Because I have quests from the mages guild, and I never intend on joining them..

I don't know, but I think you end up with one or two whether you join them or not. Like the Sharn gra-Muzgob 'I am not a necromancer' one- doesn't this start because of the main quest?
Anyway, why would you want to delete them? Just don't do them if you don't want to.

They crowd up the quest list.

Sure, if you know the journal ID and index, you can use the journal command to add entries and mark quests as complete.

Also, whatever I do, I can't "mark" the quests for Ahnassi complete, and the IDs etc. are in the construction set..?

That one's impossible to complete. I don't know whay it wasn't fixed in a patch. If you want to actually complete the quests and mark all the quests that you declined as completed without going through console, download Freelancer 1.1.
the IDs etc. are in the construction set..?
NPCs -> *Any NPC avaliable* -> Dialogue -> Journal

Sorry to dig this one up, but I couldn't find anything newer (or an answer to my questions...):
I've started playing Morrowind again and this time I even found the "unofficial morrowind patch". Seemed like a good idea to me.
BUT! 3 quests have reappeared in my journal although I already finished them.
- Fighters' guild: debt money
- Fighters' guild: code book
- Larrius Varro /Camonna Tong bloodbath
1) So,has this happened to anybody else?
2) Is this intentional? I.e., will/can these quests be finished at another point of time (eydis bitter cup storyline, maybe)?
3) If those are bugs, how can I manually mark these quests as finished?
Either by console or by using the editor.
(I already looked through the editor and the patch file but I didn't find the way that marks quests as finished)

I thought the journal entries were only marked complete in Morrowind if the final listed entry was displayed, which for quests with multiple endings sometimes lingering around. Perhpas they've altered these quests a bit.
