A coda flower
A Khajiit Theif woman in Pelagiad wants one and a gold kanet flower, I can find the Gold Kanet..just not a coda flower! :erg:

Coda Flowers are actually on the plant "Draggle-Tail." There are many loose coda flowers surrounding the statues near the Shrine to Stop the Moon on the Temple Canton. There's also a Draggle-Tail plant in a muckpond near the n00b smuggler cave and siltstrider in Seyda Neen.

arent those the glow-in-the-dark flowers that grow in the swamp-lakes? i use them to index the places i leave my over-weighting items:) because they are luminous...
i think u can find it in most swamps- around hla oad, seyda neen etc... i mean... if it makes things harder for your PC to visit vivec:)
