i was talking to my friend when he said that he went to vivec and talked to some one that sold him a land deed (if any of this is true pleas tell me everything on how to do it)
then he went to the Ghorak manor in Caldera and they began building him a manor please respond promptly if you know this is really eating away at my skull :eww: and if this is true how much does it cost if its alot i will just kill more gaurds and sell there armor to the creeper

Yes, you can build a manor if you get high up enough in one of the three Houses (Hlaalu, Redoran or Telvanni). As to how, that's explained to you by the person you're sent to talk about strongholds with; the requirements are different for each House.

Im in the Great house Hlaalu guild but never got a round to doing there quest heck i even forgot where they r where would that be?

Curio (the pervert who accepts you into Hlaalu) refuses to Advance you past a certain level until you build a stronghold. He sends you to talk to one of the people in the Hllalu compound in Balmora, but make sure Curio sends you there; otherwise the guy won't have anything useful to say to you. Oh, and Curio's in the Vivec Hlaalu canton, on the Plaza level; he's got his own house, named after him, so it shouldn't be hard to find.

can someone tell me were in vivec to go to build a house and if i HAVE to be in a house guild or whatever there called to be able to have one built

Yes, you HAVE to be in a House to get a manor built. As to the rest, read my above posts in this thread again.
