I need to find out a calculation for Newtons into Kilograms
more over to find out how fast the wind at meters per second would have to be to break the hold of 500N magnetit force.
and i cannot find any good conversion rates on the internet know any good site anyone?
many thanks in advance:sweat:

Isn't it F=ma which means N=kg x m/s^2
a = 9.8 m/s^2 EDIT: a = 9.8m.s^-2 if we are talking the acceleration due to gravity
Therefore N=/= kg but is proportional to kg.
v = m/s
F = kg.m.s^-2
1st principles would imply that you need to do something to remove the kg from N and multiply by seconds - i.e. s.kg^-1
I think the question must be acceleration of the wind not velocity of the wind. :confused:

F=ma?
Was that directed at me?
Fuck = Monkey Anus?
no no, I get it
Fuck = Massive Attack
so true, I could get it on to karma coma every day of the week.

A mass of 1kg feels a force of 9.8N under earth gravity, if that's what you're asking.

We'd need more information. What direction is that magnetic force being applied to with respect to the wind?
Scots, for your question we need her exact mass and your THRUSTING FORCE. And coefficient of sex.

I'm not sure if you're serious but in case you were it wasn't directed at you, I just meant Force = mass x acceleration.

so you're saying I take a run and jump, that ought to do the trick?
Convict on 31/1/2007 at 11:38
ok you weren't serious. :p

dude, I know I'm thin but I DO have SOME mass

the magnet is holding a roof light shut in a building where the wind has broken the holding force of the magnet, normally the power to the magnet is realeased and the roof light would open on a gas spring (much like the ones on a car boot)
the holding force is acting upwards.
if thats any further help.
