how can you be sure that the world exist?
Do you think that's air you're breathing now?

I've got a hypothesis that Bulgarian Taffer is an utter moron and goddamn if that bitch ain't close to becoming a theory.
Also: I love it when Noid gets his indignation on in threads like these.
STREET SCIENCE HOLLA
I've got a proof thay Stitch is a fuckwit and this can't be disproven.
Because you came into that thread with the only purpose to piss on my nerves.

I don't know whether it's air but I know that what i'm drinking is VODKA and if I drink yet another cup of this the gravity will be useless if I want to walk straightforward ;)

If we start doubting that it is air we breath, then those people should read about the Matrix if they haven't seen the movie already. :p

If the Matrix chops down a striker in the forest, does he make a sound?

Well, we can disprove Stitch's fuckwittery by providing a counter-example. Since his post history reveals all sorts of non-fuckwit moments, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that you suck at everything and should shut up. Your high-school courses don't put you on the same level as professionals in the fields of philosophy, aerospace engineering, biology, or any thing else.
Intelligent design and evolution are not mutually exclusive. Intelligent design, like other people have pointed out, is a matter of who/why, not how. The how is either handled by evolution or any number of creation stories. Personally, I cotton on to evolution, which does not preclude a belief in God or gods. Read up on the COBE project, it's very interesting and deservedly won the Noble Physics Prize.

A follow up to the much earlier questions about Neanderthal DNA and it's implications in the degree of speciation with Spiens Sapiens. A short piece from he wonderful CBC radio show (

Re: Who and How.
By invoking a supernatural explanation ID / Creationists defer the answer of how. It now becomes a question of
how was god made? And since even attempting to answer that scientifically is blasphemous, accepting ID is to accept that we may not even pursue the matter of how, for fear of offending god. To which I say - fuck that bullshit.
The_Raven on 18/11/2006 at 22:49
Just because evolution may potentially have flaws doesn't automatically make intelligent design right.
Just for curiosity's sake, how do you nitwits believe god came to be in the first place? Did he simple create himself, since he exists out of space or time; or do you believe he's subordinate to some other being above him?
Bjossi on 18/11/2006 at 22:55
Maybe they created the concept of 'god' because they can't understand the big theorotical explanations science puts on the table.
