Some missions are really hard to play no matter in what difficulty setting you choose at the game start.
My question is if I want to play a very hard mission on Expert, is there any way to change or alter the difficulty setting in the game folder? somewhere? Like Sneaky Upgrade for T3?

In short, no. It would require knowing how to open and edit the mission in Dromed to make any changes to difficulty.
