I knew this question was posted several days ago but i couldn't find (after searching for 45 minutes). So is the Camman tong joinable or not, if so how? And if it is, is it a good guild?

I am 90% sure that it is not joinable because it is not on any of the faction lists I have seen.:(

They are 100% not joinable (margin of error +/- 2%).
They are, however, 100% slaughterable. Which is the next best thing, surely.

I almost have as much fun slaughtering commona tong as the dagoth's, thats fun right there. Use 100% reflect and watch them kill themselfs with there own spells.

no they are not "joinable"....
well, imo technically yes they are....
if your in house hlaalu one of the duke's missions is to take control from his brother orvas dren at the dren plantation....
most people proceed by just wiping out the entire plantation for weapons, armor, and other goodies, but there IS an alternative....
if you raise his dispo towards you to above 85 or so he will say "we can both prosper if we work together" or something similar....
when you choose this option in dialogue ou "technically" take control of the cammona tong as he runs it and has stepped down in your favor...
no it won't show up in your faction list, but you receive an instant dispo boost with the cammona tong members....they will give you discounted services (training, equiment, etc.)....
so imho, this is a rpg and your supposed to read into it a little bit...at least this provides a slightly different option than just going ballz to the wallz killing everybody in the plantation....
btw, i just waited til he gave me control and 'then' killed everyone except dren...he deserves to stay there in solitude for corrupting the name and glory of the Great House Hlaalu through smuggling, abusing slaves, and dope slangin' :ebil:

Hmm... I take a slightly diferent interpretation (especially if you blackmail him with the letter in his downstairs area). IMO, after that the Camonna Tong don't so much like you as reluctantly pay you respect, due to your maneuvers and how badly you can toast their entire organisation if they irk you enough. (If you blackmail, you're in the unique position to break the filial ties between the Duke and Orvas [probably the only thing keeping him safe], thus tossing Orvas into a torture chamber where he'll sing until the Camonna Tong are a mere memory)
