That garbage truck simulator looks pretty amazing. I was a little disappointed by the "courier service" one though. Frankly, that wasn't what I was expecting based on the title.

I won't claim it's well-executed, but the idea is some kind of gut impact.
But the idea isn't exactly new, Grand Theft Auto is full of innocent civilians getting killed.

There's a mission where you're an undercover CIA operative who infiltrates a group that commits a civilian massacre. Can't say I actually killed any civilians myself, but the option is there.
I suppose they could have included a rape simulator and found a way to shoehorn it into the plot, although I doubt having their game classified as pornography would have made good business sense. If some company actually did include something like that in their game, I can't say I'd really want to play it, but I wouldn't have any moral objection to it existing either.
