How do you shut down the friggin ebony mines in Caldera? I've killed almost everyone there and still no figgin results!

It's for that one councilor in Ald-Ruhn for house redoran... I think his last name starts with an 'R' or something.

Free the head slave Dahleena...Wait a second, I didn't read the other thread but it said something about a dialogue glitch and I see why, they messed up the >= signs so it requires the journal index you get when reporting the freeing to report the freeing. So kill Dahleena if you haven't freed her, if she is dead it will work, if she is freed it won't.
OR you could. Kill Odral Helvi(caldera, governer's hall) and Stlennius Vibato(Caldera, mining Company office) but you won't get a shiny new pair of ebony boots for being a good politically correct boy.

was Dahleena(or whatever her name is) in one of the slave huts just outside of the mines.
And before I forget, When you complete the quest will anything be added to your journal? (Because Caldera is more of a bloodbath now then a town, I kind of got a little carried away with who should die and who shouldn't):ebil:
Also, will the town of Caldera be important later on, because if it is there's nothing left there to be too important.(if you bknow what I mean)

I have no idea where she is. Just look around to see who isn't there and if you find anyone who is supposed to die, kill them.
Yes, wiping out a town will have consequences in terms of quests etc. But Caldera shouldn't effect the main quest though will get annoying later on.

Though I was a bit disgruntled to hear that it may have some consequences, but hey! I had a bunch of fun beating down all of the gaurds at once!

Dunno why, but there's only one person in the whole game that all Thieves Guild memers respect... and it's the woman in the house next to the Governor's Manor in Caldera. Don't kill her, or you'll have a heck of a time getting anything out of TG members.
