I'm about to move from the lofty heights of Canary Wharf down to a lovely house in Surbiton, London.
The flat i'm moving into has a bt socket but no landline which has got me thinking about cable since the previous occupant used virgin media for his internet and tv and just lived without a landline - he preferred his mobile phone.
So this is really; who is the "best" cable isp in the uk?
I'll admit that I do like my fast internet connection and would prefer no caps, while steering away from BT as they just swindle you out of your cash.
Help, suggestions...

you only have one choice of cable provider in london and that's virginmedia who also swindle you out of your cash, and who have just rescently joined up with the music/movie industry to clamp down on p2p (music/movie) downloads (along with Orange, BT, Tiscali, CarphoneWharhouse), they also throttle bandwith at peak times (5-9pm - you speed is half what you would get during the day)
So I would suggest getting ADSL, My current ISP(namesco/ndonet) gets very good ratings from adslguide.org, ive used them for the last 3 yrs and they are very fast, reliable, and the techs/custy care are good.

What do you reckon about 02? They seem to get good reviews...
