I expect you're in a better position to answer that than we are. I strongly doubt there's any difference in the software, unless it's pre-patched (which rarely happens with re-releases, although they sometimes provide the patch on the CD for you to install yourself).

It's uncommon for bundled games to have paper manuals, though, so maybe there's a PDF on the bundle CD?

I'm sure the game itself will be identical.
