Someone once stole our beat up $4.99 mop that we left outside to dry once. And it was like not in new condition. They never brought it back or stuck it out back in the alley or nothing.

Yeah, someone once broke the antenna off of the car that I had at the time, and then used it to jimmy the door locks and steal what was inside. They took exactly 38 cents in change, about a pint of antifreeze, and a cassette that was unplayable from being left on the dashboard during the summer. It cost me about $50 to fix the scratch damage to the paint and replace the antenna. :erg:

News Flash! dethtoll can't handle getting off his can, canning the no handle can that he can't handle, getting new handled can so he can handle his can!
Clever, except I don't have a whole lot of money to just throw away at a brand new garbage can, not when there's other, bigger expenses to worry about.

Last summer (when I was living in the cesspool city of Zion) I hung a dirty towel that I'd used to clean up after an 'accident' my dog had over the front porch railing to dry out. Next morning it was gone; but a few months later when I was helping the landlord clean out the recently vacated 3rd floor apartment (I had the groundfloor aptmt. of our building) I found the towel, still stiff with dog piss, lying on the floor of one of the bedroom closets. Why would someone steal a neighbor's reeking-of-dog-piss towel? The world's coming unglued imo.

Its obvious it was used for a trash can party out in the woods, shame you weren't invited. At least they were polite enough to sortakinda put it back. Props to them.

That or *something* was attracted to that towel cause of the smell of it, and dragged it off.
You never know.
