Somebody jammed gum in the locks stole our garbage can today. All that's left is the lid, which I found sitting in the snow bottom-side up, like a discarded shield.
Why the fuck would anyone steal a garbage can? It didn't even have a handle, I've been dragging it around by the holes where the handle used to be.
Man I hate Ohio.

dude, I was shopping at Walmart tonight (yes Walmart). I like to leave my cart at the end of the aisle and go fetch what I need so I don't contribute to the douchebaggery which takes place when 25 people take carts into a single aisle and act like we're all going to be able to shop happily. I return to my cart (for the second time this month) to find IT'S NOT THERE:mad: who the hell rolls off with a bottle of shampoo, hairgel, and shaving cream thinking it's their own:mad: Probably some anti-walmart nutsac trying to make a statement

I was putting the dog out just now and I found the garbage can in back of our property, outside of our fence and close to the treeline. There were several sets of footprints in the high, crunchy snow. The can itself was sitting upright like it had been placed there. I have no idea what these people were doing but I have to say I'm perplexed and annoyed. Not least because now I can't get a new can.

That's nothing compared to my neigbourhood, growing up. This one time, someone stole our cat. How the hell do you do that, I asked my mum. She just shrugged. 'Gypsies, child. They were wandering by here. And they like cats, especially for lunch.'
