It absolutely does. Good voice acting makes good lines even better, and Marcus Fenix is voiced to perfection (Dom not so much).
Speaking of which, is there anywhere I can (legally) get Gears for PC cheaply? Not that I'm exactly against "piracy," just that a hassle-free copy would be nicer.
