Beware that if you resize meshes, their collision hull ISN'T affected. It's fine for out of the way stuff like roof trim, but if the player can touch it then you'll have to mock up a collision hull using either invisible collision hull BSP (using the Special Brush button) or the GENinvisiwall meshes (under door_window_locks -> doors_doorframes). Remember to remove the original mesh collision hull by changing the Physics -> InitialHavokState property to Havok_None (IIRC).
Edit: Oh, and the OM maps should be in the CONTENT\T3\Maps directory in your editor (not game) install.
