Well, I have encountered some bugs, and I am having a hard time with them, because I cant seem to fix them....
-After a certain quest in Markaarth (Forsworn Conspiracy you are suposed to kill a trio of guards in the shrine of talos, and then submit to the one that comes in... but I did not, killed him and got out of the shrine... And then all guards started that script.... After the quest my bounty is cleared and all is good.... WRONG!!! I commited a 40 bounty crime, and BAM! All Markaarth guards tried to send me to the mine again, which doesnt work even if I submit... Therefore I am now a 20000 bounty criminal in markaath with no possibility to serve jail time or any thing else...and no other save game to revert to... I dont know if it is relevant, but I did Forsworn Conspiracy after the victory of the Stormcloaks, so all guards there are stormcloaks...
-After the defeat of Whiterun Balgruf can be found on Solitude's Blue Palace...If I attack him, i get a 40 bounty in Whiterun, BUT!!!!!!! There are no Whiterun Guards to arrest me, and the Stormcloaks of Whiterun dont recognise that bounty...AND!!! I can no longer fast travel from whiterun, because it says I have guards pursuing me....
Any idea how I can fix this, other than restarting the game?

-Forgot one, Some guy from the companions met me at a tomb saying he came to help me, but I am not a part of the companions... Worst, he keeps opening hte dialog every time he comes close to me.....I would kill him, but he seems to be a essencial npc for some reason, so I cant kill him permanently.... Even worst, I tried to join the companions and HE IS A ESSENCIAL PART OF A QUEST!!!!Fa....something is his name....Any tips on how to deal with him? I tried the TAI code (Toggle AI) but if he is even more essencial along the Companions quests, that will not be enought

You should try to write your post in such manner that it's actually readable. That Forsworn quest bug is fixed as follows "Another bug may occur when encountering the guards in the Shrine of Talos. They may treat you as if everything were normal and will not attempt to arrest you. For PC users, open console and type "setstage ms01 100". This will complete the questline and send you to jail. Once you wake up, type "setstage ms02 0".
Also: If you complete the negotiations between he Empire and the Stormcloaks [spoiler]and you choose to give up Markarth to the Stormcloaks[/spoiler], you will not be able to complete this quest if you began it but did not meet with Eltrys. Upon entering the Shrine of Talos, you will find Eltrys dead, but the guards will not arrest you for the murder. If you choose to go to jail, you will not be able to gain entrance to the King in Rag's cell to continue the quest

Not sure if you mean my spelling or the spoiler marks.... either way, I tried not to spoil anything for people who dont want to know stuff like that ahead of time.... Sorry about that
