Yes, I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, repairing... Nothing works. When the game loads up, the JoWood animation starts. I press escape, like I'm always doing, to skip it. Oddly enough, the game then freezes. It still loads, but at some point it stops and I get a "no response" in my ctrl-alt-del menu. If anyone can help me with it, I'd be happy. I'm mad because it started to do it for no reasons. :mad:

Something similar happens to me with NOLF2. I'd say it's the graphics card. In my case, the game locks the computer to the point that I need to use the reset button to restart. The resulting error report says there was a problem with the video card. Anyway, I've had problems with Arx as well. Just not to the degree you're having. The only advice I can offer is to update the drivers for your video and sound drivers. And another thing, if you're using Windows XP, it sucks when it comes to running games, IMO.
