*Quest information Below*
Alright, I am doing the quest where Caius tells me to go and talk to all the different people form Vivec, i found Huleeya and talked to the other guys and convinced them to let Huleeya go now he follows me around as long as i am in the corner club but as soon as i leave he just stands by the door and will not follow me.
My question is, has anyone ever had this happen before? ... am I missing something else or is it a bug and does anyone know how to fix it?

It's happened to me before. It isnt a bug. I'm pretty sure you missed a piece of dialogue you may want to go back and check. Once you hit the right one and tell him to follow you, you will hear the elves make attack noises.

Nah, they won't attack if (as Koka says he(?) did) you "Persuade" 'em to let him go with you. As to it not working, yeah, sounds like a random glitch to me... I forget if it's a viable option w/ him, but one way I've found to resolve other "following" NPCs is to tell 'em to stay, and then tell 'em to follow.
If that won't work, you might consider saving this game to a new slot, then loading an earlier save and seeing if he bugs again. If he does, you're maybe doing something wrong (as inexplicable as that sounds), such as using the door w/ him too far away or the like. Rest assured, though, that he doesn't do that normally (I've done his bit 4 times, and it always worked for me)
If you're on a PC and this still happens, do say so and someone (myself, Striker, WK, or any number of others on here) will happily lend a hand w/ console commands to get you around it.

I tried to look over the text and see if i had missed anything, but ive heard just about everything those guys have to say to me so I dont thing that that is it. thanks for the suggestion though.
I also tried telling him to wait, leaving, coming back and asking him to follow again and still same problem, i even did the same process with saving and loading the game again with the same result. I've tried waiting for him to be right next to me and such but still no change.
I am on a PC and if one of you guys could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
