ar.. this is my first time to play Deux Ex, so I dont know if any of you have noticed this... In Vandenberg-Command where there are 2 overwrite keypad 5868 (the main obejective is to destroy the 2 millitary bots and 2 security bots), once you have finished pounching in the code then it will give you 100 skill points right? but that's not it, doesn't matter how many times you punch the code in, it will keep giving you free 100 skill points every time you do it, and both terminal works.

I think it has been noticed before - and there are others. BTW - (and it took me a while before I asked ;) the way to deal with spoilers here is to enclose the spoiler with spoiler tags - begin with "[" SPOILER ]" and end with " [" /SPOILER ]".
You can use the preview reply button to check it before posting.

Not a big deal, really, since the topic line already states the spoiler warning.
There are also several other bugs as that in the game, like, if you talk to Savage after the underwater lab (and you saved Tiffany) and have your inventory full, you can potentially get infinite experience (skill) points. Although I think this was fixed in the patch.

Although I think this was fixed in the patch. I've exploited all the bugs in the game I know of, just to see how badly they affect the game's balance. Resetting the overrides at Vandenberg isn't that significant unless you stand there and do it over and over for a while. The inventory stacking bug is much worse. The only bug I found that breaks the game's balance worse than infinite inventory space is Gary Savage's reward for saving Tiffany.
I have the Game of the Year version, so it's already patched, but when I talked to him with my inventory <I>more than full</I>, including an aug upgrade cannister I hadn't decided where to use yet, he gave me the skill points (500 I think), stacked an aug upgrade behind something else in my inventory, dropped another aug upgrade on the ground, and kept repeating that until I made an inventory slot empty. I maxxed out all my augmentations and still left a dozen upgrade cannisters there, and mastered several skills before I got on the chopper.
Now when I play, I usually hit each override three times, and I try not to exploit the inventory bug too much, but I make <U>sure</U> I have an empty inventory slot before talking to Savage.
