So, I'm playin' it for first time in my life, I've got shutle bay and ops override keycards, but when I try to go to the ops deck, the elevator doors on deck 5 just won't open. When I press this yellow button, only outer lift door opens, inner stays shut. I was so desperate that I looked into some walkthrough 'cause I thought it was bug. PDA says that I have only to go to Command Center on deck4, but I cannot use 5 deck elevator at all! Have anyone else had this problem before?

Now that sounds truly weird, never happened to me.
Have you tried reloading the level a few times?

How do you meen reloading? Like, entering another level and returning? Did that, did reload saved game, too. I've even restarted the game, but nothing nice happened... It's maybe a windows problem.

This is definately not Windows related.
I hate to say this, but you'll have to load a savegame from before you got to Deck 5, which is pretty far away from your current location in the gameplay. :erm:
