I had a no clipping bug in the Cloud Ruler Temple.
I understand someone else has had clipping errors too, with cities, particularily in Kvatch

Your problem may be that it's a Major skill and thus contributes to your level ups.
If it has increased by two points by level 18 or so (which would be ~40 hours into game or something to that degree), I don't think that's the problem. :D

The gold the merchants have is actually the maximum amount of cash they're willing to dish out per transaction.
D'OH!
One more thing to unlearn from Morrowind.

More bugs..
Running around in
Kvatch
doing the necessary, I spotted a deadroth (and don't they look more scary now?!) a way ahead. Being the sneaky sort I hid and loosed off four arrows, none of which seemed to hit, despite being dead on target. After the critter had seen me and I'd chopped it down, I found my four arrows solidly embedded into thin air. They were all stuck in a line at the same distance away from me, as if there was a target there. I think perhaps it might have been because I was firing across a boundary between areas, but that hasn't happened to me elsewhere. I was able to pick my arrows back up too, weird....
The second bug involves the thieves guild quests - only early ones so far..
In the independent thievery quest neither
Armand nor S'Krivva
will give me a reward, and worse
I was told that Skrivva would be my new fence,
following the markers to where he's meant to be put me in Lleyawin rather than Bravil, and tried to direct me to an argonian (Dee-ray? Can't remember) who said he'd buy my stolen goods, but then there was no option to sell. Tracking down
Skrivva
to Bravil did no good either, she/he gave me a quest but wouldn't buy my nicked merchandise.
Does the option to trade with fences only appear if you have something stolen to sell? This isn't the way it works with
Ongar
Not so much a bug, but definitely weird - how come you can drop a pumpkin (a pumpkin with beautiful physics) on someone's head whilst they're asleep and they don't wake up?!

Independent Thievery doesn't give a gold/item reward, but rather access to more quests and fences. And are you sure that you were told that
S'Krivva would be your new fence and not your new doyen? The argonian is the second fence you get. You may have read the text a bit too fast and thus misunderstood what was said.
Fences work like other shops and have times and places they're willing to sell/buy in. Try during the nights.

That's quite possible - maybe I had to see my Doyen before I can use the argonian fence, rather than the other way around. I'll try visiting him again at different times of the day - though he locked himself in his house at night... maybe he's an early evening kind of chap.. We'll see.

You can still sell stuff to your old fence and it will still count toward your "total loot fenced". It's just that the new fence has a bit more cash available.

A quick note on the 85 max armor: It can be easily changed (along with a bunch of other numeric values for different things) in TESCS to whatever you want.

In the arena, right before a match, face the gate, back into the back-right corner of the wider space (not the narrow corridor). Jump+back. You can fall off the map. Though not fatal (your vertical position will be reset when you reach the ver bottom), in this way you can e.g. bypass the gate (thus getting close to a pesky spellcaster).

After curing myself of vampirism I took a bottle of the antidote to the Count of Skingrad so that he could cure his wife, who dies. When you come back several days later, after he has had time to grieve, you ask about your reward and are given 5,000 septims. You can repeat this as many times as necessary. While I don't plan on keeping it, I made over quarter of a million septims in a minute.
