When you're arch mage, get an apprentice to follow you.
Join the arena, (or anywhere where someone is training with arrows), get the apprentice to stand in the way, and wait there, and they will stand there, get stuck full of arrows with no effect on their health, and the AI firing the arrows will just continue regardless.

Is there a cap to Feather? I have 2x125 Feather items on me and when I put on the Cowl [which is 200 Feather] my carrying capacity increases for maybe 50 tops.

When you
have to shoot 'arrow of extrication' to that keyhole in final thieves guild mission, I first tested it with other arrows then I shot arrow of extrication. Then I went to collect the other arrows and I picked it up too. I can't use it anymore "you cannot fire this quest arrow" so it will be forever in my inventory. And 'the plans of the ultimate heist' didn't disappear after completing that mission so they are also forever in my inventory. And Blade of Woe which you get from Lucien LaChance, it's forever in my inventory too. Or at least it haven't disappeared and I'm a silencer in Dark Brotherhood.
And also one time I noticed some weird model bug (

Well that was when blackjacking the guy using the blackjack mod so I'm not sure if that could happen in normal game.
I have sometimes seen some creatures (mostly bears) getting stuck inside a rock. They still could hit me though. :p

The
blade of woe is eventually removable, but not until the end of the dark brotherhood quests.
As far as I can tell, all magical effects and stats cap at 255 - they're just using bytes, apparently.

Feather does act fairly strange when you go much higher than 500 total weight. - Edit: You can't get more Feather benefit than the weight you're carrying + any Burden at the time you activate the Feather effect it seems.
Edit:
Repeated Weakness to Magic/Self (can be a single spell that is spammed) + Self buffing spell with a minor negative effect (must be a different spell from the first) = major self buff.
It's possible to get a fairly sizeable buffs, though they still aren't as insane as the Morrowind Alchemy stuff.

I've also encountered creatures and NPCs getting stuck in things. I particularly remember Whats-his-name The Portly (in Anvil) getting embedded in the stairs leading to the docks.

I've also repeatedly had trouble with my armor. At the time I had half Daedric and half Ebony, as well as a ring with 20% Shield. It all totalled up to 85 exactly. With everything repaired to 100, sometimes I'd get 65, sometimes a strange 72, other times the whole 85. I'd have to keep removing parts of my armor until I got 85. It wasn't too big a deal, though.

Why have a limit on the armor???!?!?!??
That's just retarded, I'm sorry but it is.
If I want to enchant a bunch of armor and collect the best armor possible so I can be defended and not worry much about regular damage, WHY THE HELL SHOULD THE GAME STOP ME FROM DOING SO?
PeeperStorm on 16/4/2006 at 21:15
Because Bethesda felt that they had to "balance" the fuck out of the game until it's frustrating and no fun, making the players scream "Why, why, WHY", while they sit in their Maryland offices, listening to the chorus of anguish and cackling evilly, counting all the money that they're making off of the Horse Armor addon.
