I have 1 gig RAM, an AMD 64X2 4200+ and a BFG Geforce 7800 GT, and running the game at only 1024x768 I keep dropping to 10 FPS in fights. That's a big !#$%ing bug in my book:(

Another 'unlimited money' bug:
When on a horse, try selling your equipped weapon (can be done in a few places, e.g. the orc woman outside Kvatch). The game will say "Cannot be unequipped" or something like that, and the weapon doesn't change hands... but you still get money for it! Repeat as long as time and patience allow.

Pretty major bug involving stat boost:
After playing through many of the thieves guild quests:
I grabbed the boots of Springheeled Jack, put them on my feet and began the Ultimate Heist with my +50 acrobatics. Finding it too difficult for the moment, I decided to take a little break, and go for the nightmare quest. I fell asleep and all my equipment was removed, but I still had the +50 acrobatics. When I came out of the dream, I was no longer wearing the boots, and I could no longer equip them, but I still had the +50 bonus!
unclejemima, that bug's happened to me, but I don't think it's anything to do with the quests, because I didn't get onto the nightmare quest until much later. For me it's a +Agility ring bonus without wearing the ring. It shows up in the active magical effects list, and I have two other rings equipped as well.

For me guards killing a civillian, gasping, and then start shouting "Someone's been murdered!!" is always funny.
I posted this in another thread, but during the main quest (when the Mythic Dawn have agents in cities) go to the imperial waterfront, and time it just right so that the imperial watchman is standing near the pirate ship, then when the mythic dawn see you, board the ship. Hopefully some civillians will help out, creating mass carnage!

There are some implausible and amusing places where Lucien Lachance will turn up. Inside a nightmare, and in paradise are two places I've encountered.

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but the mercantile 'invest in a shop' perk doesn't actually require reaching expert, but merely having a high enough statistical skill. Pretty big difference between this and the other perk - useful trick too, since you can make a major mercantile buff spell without too much trouble once you get access to the university.

The lockpicking mechanic will sometimes get confused and the pick will pass through the tumbler. Usually accompanied by either the left or the right command being completely ignored until you do a move into the opposite direction... at which point the game will do the two or three 'queued up' moves (one per movement) you were trying to do when the pick was stuck.
Mild annoyance really, it can be fixed by moving the pick left and right until you regain control.

For some reason (maybe no bug at all) my magic user can't have armor over 85. I have several enchanted Daedric peices which add even more armor (like a +9 armor boots), but if I take everything off, then put it all on one at a time, it always maxes at 85 even if the previous item put it up to 84 and the new item should've added 8 or 5 or whatever.
I used to always wear a +15 armor ring that I found early on, but now I just wear a strength ring because the armor ring is wasted!
So, maybe magic users can't have more than 85 armor? Sounds kind of arbitrary, so I'm leaning towards weird bug having to do with my enchanted stuff

The armor is capped at 85 (for all characters).
